5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including automated scraping, spam, or any activity that interferes with site operation or user experience.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

The site is provided “as is” and VerticalFlair disclaims all warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
